"The Signs Are Already Here": World Jewish Congress Leader Sylvan Adams Warns of a Potential Second Holocaust
Speaking at Auschwitz, Adams says rising global antisemitism signals a catastrophic risk for the Jewish people.

President of the World Jewish Congress-Israel Sylvan Adams, delivered a stark address at the site of the former Auschwitz-Birkenau extermination camp, warning that the current climate of global antisemitism mirrors the period preceding the Holocaust.
Adams issued a chilling alert to the international community, stating that the rise in antisemitism signals a legitimate risk of a second Holocaust. He emphasized that the warning signs are already visible and that the world cannot afford to remain indifferent.
"It is not a distant day fear that Jews could be led by force into gas chambers again ; the alarming signs are already here," Adams said. He added that the world must wake up before it is once again too late, noting that antisemitism is rearing its ugly head in ways previously thought impossible following the events of the Second World War.
According to reports from the event, Adams also stressed the unique nature of the current threat, remarking that the hatred currently being directed at Jewish communities globally is surfacing in forms that were "unimaginable" just decades ago. He called for immediate and decisive action to confront extremist rhetoric and protect Jewish populations worldwide.
