Terror Ties Exposed: Michigan Synagogue Attacker Identified as Brother of Slain Hezbollah Commander
The IDF reveals that the Michigan synagogue attacker was the brother of Ibrahim Ghazali, a Hezbollah Badr Unit commander killed in an Israeli strike last week.

The IDF Spokesperson has revealed a direct link between the recent terror attack in the United States and Hezbollah operations in Lebanon. Ayman Mohammed Ghazali, who targeted a synagogue in Michigan last Thursday, was the brother of a senior Hezbollah commander neutralized by the IDF just one week ago.
"The Hezbollah commander, Ibrahim Mohammed Ghazali, was responsible for managing weapons operations within a specialized branch of the Badr Unit," the Israeli military statement read. "This unit has been responsible for launching hundreds of rockets toward Israeli civilians throughout the war."
The disclosure further noted: "His brother, Ayman Mohammed Ghazali, carried out the terror attack in Michigan last Thursday. Ibrahim was killed in an Israeli Air Force strike on a Hezbollah military structure last week."
Last Thursday, a violent ramming and shooting attack occurred at the Temple Israel synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit and a major hub for the local Jewish community.
According to reports, a vehicle rammed into the synagogue building, followed by reports of gunfire. While initial reports suggested the synagogue was on fire, it was later clarified that the attacker's vehicle had ignited. The attacker was killed in an exchange of fire with on-site security personnel. No other fatalities were reported, though the complex, which houses a preschool and school, was filled with children and staff at the time.
West Bloomfield is home to one of the largest Reform Jewish congregations in the United States. Local security and the FBI are currently investigating the extent of the brothers' coordination and whether the Michigan attack was a direct act of retaliation for the elimination of the Hezbollah commander in Lebanon.
