In Germany, the Foreign Ministry said "the conversation (with the Iranian ambassador is sharply criticizing the ambassador and delivering messages that he must deliver to the Iranian regime regarding the consequences of the strike for relations between the countries."

The Czech Foreign Ministry also summoned its Iranian ambassador, during which "the Foreign Minister stressed to the ambassador that Iranian conduct is not acceptable to Czechia or to the European Union in general." The Foreign Minister also announced after the meeting that Iran was "endangering regional security and harming global stability, all this with the silence of Russia, the allies of the Iranians."

Jordan also summoned its ambassador and demanded explanations regarding the use of Jordanian airspace for the attack. The country also reprimanded the ambassador and regime for their threats and said "we will intercept any foreign object which penetrates into our airspace."
