Following Donald Trump’s 2024 election win, Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B, actor Alec Baldwin, and director Quentin Tarantino took to social media to vent their anger and disappointment over the result.

Cardi B, 32, expressed her frustration during an Instagram Live session with her 37,000 viewers. Reading a fan comment that said, “Cardi we need you at the Trump inauguration,” she reacted sharply: “I swear to god I’m gonna f you up, get away from me. I’m sick of you!” she snapped. “I’m really sad. I swear to god I’m really sad.”

Despite her frustration, she voiced pride in Vice President Kamala Harris, saying she was honored to have spoken at a Milwaukee rally for Harris just days before the election.

Director Quentin Tarantino, 61, also shared his disappointment, posting an image of a fictional newspaper he titled “Quarantino News,” with the headline, “America dead at 248.” His caption read, “I am so sorry. I genuinely did everything I could possibly do.”

Meanwhile, Alec Baldwin, known for his Trump impersonation on “SNL,” posted a stark, captionless image of a black screen on Instagram, reflecting a moment of somber silence.
