A new general election poll conducted in the United Kingdom by FindOutNow and released today (Thursday) shows the ruling Labour party falling to third place, behind both the Conservative Party and the populist Reform Party.
According to the poll, if the election were held today, 26% of British voters would vote Conservative, 23% would vote Labour - and 24% would vote Reform. What's more, Reform seems to gain the most from Labour's sharp decline in support.
The next general election is in 2029, but such a dramatic drop in support shows how rapidly dissatisfaction with the Labour government is spreading among voters and bodes ill for the party winning reelection.
If such results hold, however, it may show a ray of light for Israel down the line. The Labour government has taken multiple steps against Israel including promising to enforce the ICC warrant against Prime Minister Netanyahu and putting a hold on some arms licenses.
Both the Conservative and Reform parties, meanwhile, are known to be far more pro-Israel in tone and sometimes policy.
