The video, originally posted on TikTok under @noryy_bell and shared via Instagram Stories on the Estoy Dokusei account, features a woman speaking directly to the camera in what appears to be an informal setting. She references Kirk's death dismissively, saying variations of: "I keep on seeing like posts about this Charlie dude, Kirk dude, whatever, regardless. And let me just say this, I’m surprised that y’all didn’t get rid of him sooner, and I’m surprised that you guys aren’t getting rid of more people. Like, don’t stop with him. Don’t let it stop with him. Get rid of the whole family, his wife and kids too."

She escalates by adding: "His wife deserves to go too... go get his grandma. Get rid of them all. And the ones that are above him. Y’all want results without putting in the work. You gon’ have to take out trash to get a clean house." She frames it as part of a broader "revolution" against conservatives, elected officials, and CEOs.

Her Instagram (@estoy_dokusei) last posted in 2023, but a recent Story referenced Kirk's shooting with a photo of other young victims of violence, tying into her narrative. On TikTok, the video was posted shortly after the assassination and has been viewed thousands of times before potential removal efforts.

Public reaction has been swift and condemnatory. Users describe it as "disgusting," "vile," and a "direct threat of violence." International versions of the post appear in Portuguese, French, Italian, and Hungarian, broadening the outrage. Some replies link it to broader patterns of left-wing incitement post-Kirk's death, while others report it to authorities.

This incident fits into a wave of backlash against those celebrating or inciting violence post-Kirk's death, including airline pilots grounded and public figures fired. Conservatives demand FBI probes, citing it as terrorism or threats against protected persons. A site, charliesmurderers.com, has emerged for reporting similar cases.

According to an instagrammer, "under 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) and 18 U.S.C. § 115(a)(1)(A), it’s a federal crime to transmit threats to injure or kill family members of a U.S. person in interstate communications. Calling for the assassination of Charlie Kirk’s widow and children isn’t “free speech” it’s a prosecutable threat.

The FBI has jurisdiction, and platforms are legally obligated under 18 U.S.C. § 230(d) to cooperate when speech crosses into criminal incitement.

There is no First Amendment shield for explicit calls to murder a family. Accountability under federal law is mandatory."
