In what appears to be one of the most significant preemptive military operation in recent Middle East history, Israel has reportedly launched a sweeping and coordinated strike on Iran, targeting both senior military leadership and key nuclear facilities.

According to intelligence sources, the opening phase of the strike not only eliminated much of Iran’s top military command, but also inflicted heavy damage on several nuclear sites, including the Natanz enrichment facility. The precision attacks were carried out in what analysts describe as a “decapitation-and-denial” strategy aimed at crippling Iran’s ability to coordinate a response and to further advance its nuclear program.

In parallel to the aerial and cyber components of the assault, a series of high-profile assassinations attributed to the Mossad are believed to have taken place, further destabilizing Iran’s security infrastructure.
