A woman was stabbed Thursday in Jerusalem's Mekor Baruch neighborhood in what appears to be a random attack by a mentally unstable individual. The victim, identified as Ruti Kepler, is the daughter of HaGaon HaRav Shaul Altar, the Rosh Yeshivah of Mosdos Pnei Menachem.
