A development in the murder case of Binyahu Razi z"l: the court has ordered the release to house arrest of Linor Sasson, mother of the main suspect in the case, who is charged with aiding murder and obstruction of justice.

At the request of the prosecution, execution of the release order has been stayed until Tuesday at 12:00 noon, meaning Sasson has not yet been released to house arrest.

According to reports, Sasson was recently hospitalized following a deterioration in her medical condition.

According to the allegations in the case, the decision to attack Razi was formed at Sasson's home. It is further alleged that she drove the group to the area of the apartment where the murder took place and later helped those involved to flee. These are acts attributed to her in the criminal proceedings, and her guilt has not yet been determined.

The current development comes after the District Court ruled last week that there is no prima facie evidence supporting murder charges against Agam Tzarfi and Shilat Chuta, who are involved in the case.

However, regarding Tzarfi, the court determined that there is prima facie evidence for the offense of aiding murder, according to her attorneys, Roey Politi and Omri Stern.

The court's decision regarding Sasson concerns her release to house arrest as part of the criminal proceedings and does not constitute a ruling on the charges against her.
