Hundreds of chassidim in Yerushalayim marked the hilula of the Rivnitzer Rebbe, HaRav Chaim Zanvil Abramowitz zt"l, this week with a seudah led by his talmid, HaGaon HaChassid Rav Shraga Feivel Meir Grinfeld, rav of Kehillas Bnei Chaim Rivnitz Mahalovitz in Eretz Yisroel.
Before the event began, a phone was placed on the kever itself at the Rivnitzer Rebbe's tziyun in Monsey. During the seudah in Yerushalayim, each participant was able to ask for yeshuos from the Rebbe zt"l, whose kever is known as a conduit for salvation.
Many described a feeling of standing physically at the kever, despite the distance.
During the seudah, divrei Torah were delivered by the Admor of Tzinor from Kretschnif Kfar Ata, the Vertsky Rebbe, the Purisov Rebbe, and other prominent rabbanim.
