Britain's strained relations with Israel are undermining its influence across Gulf states, according to a Spectator report. Security sources say Arab states depend on intelligence shared from Israel through MI6, as Israeli capabilities are "light years ahead" of regional services. Gulf states are reportedly reducing investment and questioning why London distanced itself from the intelligence partner they rely on, contrary to expectations that isolating Israel would boost British influence.
