Agam Goldstein-Almog, who survived 51 days in Hamas captivity, sharply criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after footage circulated showing him attending a concert by Israeli singer Eden Ben Zaken at Jerusalem's Menorah Arena.
In a post on her Instagram story, Goldstein-Almog expressed anger over the prime minister's presence at the entertainment event, contrasting it with what she described as his complete lack of outreach to her since her release from Gaza.
"I don't know, he still hasn't contacted me, hasn't taken responsibility, hasn't expressed pain over my loss, and hasn't met with me after I was freed from captivity," she wrote. Describing her reaction to seeing the concert footage, she added: "To me this looks like a joke and a slap in the face."
Goldstein-Almog was abducted from her home in Kibbutz Kfar Aza on October 7, 2023, along with her mother Chen and younger twin brothers Gal and Tal. During the Hamas assault, her father Naor and older sister Yam were murdered. Agam, her mother, and her brothers were released from Hamas captivity in November 2023 as part of the first hostage deal, after spending nearly two months in Gaza.
