IDF and ISA eliminate head of Popular Resistance Committees in Khan Yunis

The IDF and ISA conducted an airstrike in Khan Yunis, Gaza Strip, eliminating Ramadan Muhammad Ashahada Diab, who led the Popular Resistance Committees terrorist organization in the area. The strike occurred Wednesday. The Popular Resistance Committees, established in 2000 and linked to Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, participated in the October 7th massacre and has conducted numerous attacks against IDF troops throughout the war. The IDF stated the terrorist was advancing attacks against Israeli troops and civilians and working to restore Hamas military capabilities in violation of the ceasefire. Precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to mitigate civilian harm.
