IDF eliminates Hamas cell commander and two operatives in Gaza strikes
The IDF struck targets in northern Gaza over the weekend, eliminating three Hamas operatives. In the Tuffah area, the military killed Abdullah Mohammed Khamis Jaber, who assisted in weapons production and played a key role in Hamas' production headquarters rehabilitation. In separate strikes, the IDF eliminated Majed Ahmed Mustafa Sabbagh, a cell commander in Hamas' military wing, in Tuffah, and Amer Bashir Mohammed Khourani, a terrorist in the engineering battalion, in Jabalia. The IDF stated the operatives had recently advanced terror attacks against Israeli troops and civilians and worked to restore the organization's military capabilities in violation of the ceasefire. Precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to mitigate civilian harm.
