Israel and EU condemn Turkey-Libya maritime border agreement

Israel and the European Union have condemned a maritime border agreement signed between Turkey and Libya. The EU President stated the agreement violates the sovereign rights of third countries, is inconsistent with the law of the sea, and is null and void. Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the agreement harms the sovereign rights of close regional allies.
