James Packer denies funding Netanyahu's legal defense

Australian billionaire James Packer issued a statement denying claims that he paid for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's legal defense. "The claim that I paid even a single cent toward the legal defense of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is false," Packer said through his law firm Haddad Roth Shenhar. He warned that anyone making such claims "exposes themselves to legal action."
