Knesset Member Ahmad Tibi says Joint List close to securing tenth mandate to oust Netanyahu

Knesset Member Ahmad Tibi told Al Jazeera in an interview from Doha that the Joint List is nearing its tenth mandate and could remove Netanyahu from power. Tibi stated that a 70% Arab voter turnout would be sufficient to bring down Netanyahu, but warned that disagreements between Arab lists may hurt turnout. He announced an agreement with the United Arab List on a code of honor and surplus vote arrangement, and said efforts are underway to remove the current Knesset Speaker and support an opposition candidate for the role.
