Accompanied by Mordechai (Soli) Eliav, director of the Western Wall Heritage Foundation, the prime minister recited a chapter of Psalms from the depths of his heart for the safety and success of IDF soldiers and security forces, and for a good and blessed year for all of Israel.
Standing before the remnant of the Holy Temple as the final hours of the outgoing year drew to a close, Netanyahu focused his prayers on the immense security challenges facing the nation in these fateful days. The emotional visit carried a message of unity and deep faith at one of the holiest sites for the Jewish people, moments before the holiday begins.
