Israeli police operating in Uman, Ukraine, successfully reunited a seven-year-old boy with his parents on Thursday after he became separated from his family during the massive Rosh Hashanah gathering in the city.
An Israeli citizen approached the police team with the child, explaining that he had found the boy who had lost contact with his parents. Officers conducted a thorough interview with the child, who police said was confused and frightened. After carrying out all necessary procedures and questioning people in the area, the police were able to locate the boy's parents. The relieved child was returned to his family, who expressed gratitude to the Israeli police personnel deployed in Uman.
