Video: Residents ram terrorist with car after stabbing attempt

Hours after a stabbing attempt and arson attack at a farm in Binyamin on Monday, new footage has emerged showing the dramatic moments residents pursued and neutralized the terrorist. The incident ended with no casualties after residents chased the attacker down on foot.

"He has a knife, run him over," a voice is heard saying in the footage, which shows residents closing in on the terrorist with their bare hands as he tries to flee, knife in hand.

The attack began when the terrorist arrived at the farm near the town of Michmash in Binyamin and set fire to one of the vehicles on the property. At the time, residents were sitting down to lunch in the farm's central tent. When they heard a suspicious noise, they went outside and spotted the terrorist about 20 meters away, near the vehicle he had just set ablaze.

The terrorist began running toward the residents, waving the knife. But when he saw them showing determination, holding tools for self-defense and advancing toward him, he hesitated and stopped in place. After several seconds, the terrorist turned and began to flee.

At that point, the farm residents began chasing him in an attempt to neutralize him. During the pursuit, the terrorist repeatedly tried to stab them with the knife while continuing to run.

The chase continued for hundreds of meters and included a face-to-face confrontation with the terrorist. At one point, one of the farm residents managed to reach him with his vehicle and neutralize him, moments before the terrorist would have been able to stab two other residents who were pursuing him on foot.

Residents of the farm reported that during the incident, a second terrorist was spotted approaching the area with his face covered. According to those at the farm, the second terrorist fled the scene and was later apprehended.
