Zelenskiy says Ukraine's Starlink speed remains degraded, plans talks with Rubio

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated that Starlink internet speeds in Ukraine have not been restored and that his government is working to resolve the issue. He expressed hope to discuss the matter with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio in the coming days. Zelenskiy also said he discussed alternative satellite communication options with Finland.
