What began as a professional disagreement over whether to add tahini to a chicken liver dish escalated when a sharp kitchen knife slipped from Harel's hand and struck Azoulay. "Whoa, I think it got two fingers!" Azoulay exclaimed. Production immediately halted filming, and the contestants were forced to stop working.
