Grave Promises, Broken Hearts
Ozzy Osbourne’s Burial Sparks Family Rift: Sharon ‘In Total Despair
Sharon Osbourne faces difficult decision between staying near Ozzy's grave in England or joining her children in the US, causing emotional turmoil within the family.

A month and a half after the death of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, new details have surfaced about his final wish, and the painful dilemma it has left for his widow, Sharon.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, Osbourne’s last request was to be buried beneath the apple tree on his sprawling Buckinghamshire estate in England. The family honored his wish, but it has left Sharon facing a heartbreaking choice: remain in England near her late husband’s grave or join her children and grandchildren in the United States.
The couple’s three children, Kelly, Aimee, and Jack, along with their five grandchildren, stood by the family during Ozzy’s final struggle. But after his death, they returned to their lives in America, leaving Sharon alone by the grave site.
“Sharon is devastated. She thought she would have Ozzy for longer in Britain, that she’d stay there while taking care of him,” a family source told the paper. “Now she’s sad, she’s lonely, she’s a widow. For a while Kelly, Aimee, and Jack were around, but life moves on. It’s so hard for her to leave Ozzy in the ground alone, yet she can’t be in two places at once. She’s in total despair.”
Friends of Sharon are urging her to consider returning to the United States to be closer to her family, especially with her birthday approaching. “She loves her family deeply and shouldn’t have to celebrate alone,” the source added.
Osbourne, 76, died in July after years of deteriorating health. The iconic Black Sabbath frontman had battled Parkinson’s disease, chronic lung issues from decades of smoking, and severe spinal complications that left him unable to walk.
