Israeli singer Odeya Azoulay has officially confirmed what fans have been speculating for weeks: a new album is on its way. In a late-night Instagram post on Monday, Azoulay ended the guessing game and announced that her new project will be released this Wednesday.
Alongside the announcement, the artist shared a brief preview clip from an upcoming music video and revealed initial details about what listeners can expect from the album.

"A person of their word doesn't write a scroll," Azoulay wrote in her post. "There's an atmosphere of vodka and EP on Wednesday." She also hinted at the nature of the new project, writing: "Both sacred and secular, everything from everything in short."
The new tracks set to be released include "Papit," "Dylan," "Attracted to Myself," and "And I Have Trusted in Your Kindness", a new collaboration with fellow Israeli artist Ben Tzur. The album will also feature "Rotzi Yalda," which was originally released in 2022.
Anticipation for "Papit" has been building recently after Azoulay posted snippets of the song online, successfully generating buzz among fans awaiting the full version.
The specific release time, 11:07 AM on Wednesday, is not arbitrary. According to the concept accompanying the project, this is the moment when an asteroid is supposed to strike Earth.
"Wednesday 11:07 be here pleaseee. I love you and I'm excited. In the name of Hashem we will do and succeed," she concluded her post.
