Tzvika Mor, father of Eitan Mor, who was recently released from Hamas captivity, shared harrowing details of his son's two-year ordeal during an interview on the "Kalman Liberman" program on Kan Reshet B radio today (Sunday). Eitan, kidnapped to Gaza, was bound with his hands behind his back for the first three days and held in solitary isolation for the entire first year.

Israel Hayom reports that over the course of his captivity, he was transferred between approximately 40 different hiding spots in Gaza City, some above ground and others underground.

Mor described periods of severe hunger his son endured, receiving only a few spoonfuls of rice per day.

In one incident, Eitan managed to steal a pita bread, but was severely beaten by the terrorist holding him captive. "The terrorist who held him beat him badly," Mor said, adding that the terrorist's wife intervened by screaming at her husband to stop the assault.

Tzvika Mor, a member of the Tikva Forum and a vocal opponent of phased hostage release deals, has criticized such agreements for endangering millions of citizens by freeing thousands of terrorists. He recounted sending a letter to Mossad chief Dedi Barnea highlighting these risks and appealing directly to the Prime Minister: "We are not willing to accept a deal in parts, not willing to accept selection between Jews after the Holocaust. We demand that the Prime Minister act through the security forces so that they force Hamas to return all the hostages at once."

The revelations come as families of other released survivors gradually disclose similar horrors. Tami Braslavski, mother of Rom Braslavski, shared at Sheba Hospital, where her son is receiving treatment, that Rom was held alone for two years, sometimes alongside the bodies of other hostages. He is having difficulty being around other people and spends a lot of time staring at the open skies.

Upon his return, Rom reported the locations of the bodies to Gal Hirsch. Tami noted that her son was not kept in tunnels, was starved prior to release, and is now experiencing fluctuations in blood sugar levels.
