Released for publication: the 162nd Division began a focused operation last night (Thursday) aimed at the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. During the night, fighter planes and other aircraft struck dozens of terror infrastructures above and below ground with the cooperation of the 401st Brigade combat team, the Nachal Brigade, and other units under the division's command.

Before the forces entered the area, fighter planes and aircraft struck dozens of terror infrastructures above and below ground in the central Gaza Strip, with the cooperation of the 215th Brigade.

During the operation's start, Nachal forces identified an armed terrorist exiting a tunnel shaft near them and entering a military structure. A fighter plan struck the terrorist while it was moving towards them.
