Globes: Significantly more sirens in north in May compared to all previous months

Globes data journalist Idan Eretz reports that the number of air raid sirens in the north spiked to 1,244 this May (up to 26/5), about twice the previous month of April.

Globes data journalist Idan Eretz posted a graph today (Monday) on X showing sirens in the north far outrunning the number of sirens of previous months, and demonstrating that Hezbollah has been escalating its attacks.

According to Eretz, the month of May (up to May 26) witnessed some 1,244 such sirens, about twice the previous month of April with 647.

While the IDF has been working to destroy rocket launchers being used to constantly bombard the north, Hezbollah clearly has significant capabilities it uses at will.
