IDF and Shin Bet forces arrested a suspect who was planning to carry out a terror attack in the immediate timeframe in the Binyamin Brigade sector in Judea and Samaria.
The operation followed precise intelligence received by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency). The information was passed to IDF forces operating in the sector, who located the suspect and arrested him as he was preparing to strike on a major traffic route in the area.
Following his arrest in the field, the suspect was transferred for further interrogation by the Shin Bet's investigation division and security forces.
