The security coordinator (Ravshatz) of the community of Tzur Natan was seriously injured in Sunday morning’s multi-site terror shooting attack in Israel’s Sharon region.

According to reports, the Ravshatz was among those wounded during the rampage that began at a gas station near Kochav Yair and continued toward Tzur Yitzhak, Tzur Natan, and the area of Sal’it. One Israeli, identified as IDF reservist Chaim Klomiti, 55, a member of Tzur Natan’s alert squad, was murdered in the attack. Five others were wounded, with at least two in serious or critical condition.

The attack was carried out by Arab-Israeli terrorists from Tayibe, one of whom was neutralized by security forces. Sirens warning of possible infiltrations were activated in Tzur Natan and Tzur Yitzhak, and residents were instructed to shelter in place for several hours before the all-clear was given. timesofisrael.com
