The IDF released footage today (Tuesday) showing the capture of the Hezbollah commander of the town of Ayta ash-Shab, Hassan Aqil Jawad, to Golani forces after being cornered in an underground area.

The footage shows the commanders surrendering to IDF forces without a fight.

According to the IDF, Jawad and other commanders captured in these raids were then interrogated by security forces, and they revealed vital information regarding terrorist infrastructure, tunnels and sites in the general area.

The IDF also said that it has similarly captured several other Hezbollah terrorists and interrogated them to discover more such infrastructure.
