20 killed in assassination attempt in Lebanon; UAVs penetrate Israel's territory
Lebanese reports of an increase in the number of dead and wounded as a result of the assassination attempt on Hezbollah's acting chief of staff; this morning, two drones were identified that crossed from Lebanon, both intercepted

In Lebanon, it was reported tonight (between Saturday and Sunday) that as a result of the attempted assassination Mohammed (Abu Ali) Haider, Hezbollah's acting Chief of Staff in the center of Beirut, there were 20 dead and 66 wounded.
In addition, Hezbollah continued to direct rockets towards Israel overnight, with sirens sounding in Kiryat Shmona, Kfar Blum, Ma'ayan Baruch and the surrounding area.
Two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that infiltrated this morning (Sunday) from the direction of Lebanon and crossed the northern border, triggered sirens throughout the Upper and Western Galilee. The IDF reported that they had been intercepted and that the incident ended, apparently without casualties.
Earlier this morning, warnings were activated about the infiltration of hostile aircraft in Gornot HaGalil, Goren, Adamit, Arab al-Aramsha, Hurfeish, Alkosh, Klil, Rosh Hanikra, Liman, Betzet Beach and Gesher Haziv.
The IDF said: "Following the warnings that were activated between 06:15 and 06:56 a.m. due to the infiltration of hostile aircraft in the areas of the Western Galilee, the Upper Galilee and the center of the Galilee, a number of unmanned aerial vehicles were identified that crossed into Israeli territory from Lebanon. Two vehicles were intercepted, and additional interception attempts were made. The incident is over, and at this stage there have been no reports of casualties."
