It's The Latest If You Keep Track Of Them As They Go By
Yet another report on the hostage deal's details
Al-Mayadeen reports that the hostage deal will take place in two stages, not three. Here's what will happen in each.

A "senior Palestinian" leader speaking to the pro-Hezbollah outlet al-Mayadeen today (Wednesday) said that the emerging deal will happen in two stages, rather than three as previously reported.
According to the source, 34 hostages - "women, children, elderly, female soldiers" - will be released in exchange for a "good number" of Palestinian prisoners, including those sentenced for life.
In addition, aid and heavy engineering equipment will be allowed in, and hospitals and some other public buildings will be rebuilt or renovated. Furthermore, Israeli forces will withdraw from densely populated areas in the Gaza Strip to its eastern border.
The Rafah crossing will be opened, though who will manage it remains an unresolved question.
This phase will last 42 days, or just under a month and a half.
The second stage will involve a general ceasefire and complete IDF retreat from the Gaza Strip. This will then be followed by an exchange of kidnapped IDF male soldiers in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.
