"You have defeated Israel": Khamenei meets with delegation of senior Hamas officials in Tehran
Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei met with a delegation headed by Hamas leader of the terrorist organization, Khalil al-Haya.

During Hamas's terror show in Deir al-Balah, in which Ohad Ben Ami, 56, Eli Sharabi, 52, and Or Levy, 34, were released from Hamas captivity today, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei met with senior members of the Hamas terror organization in Tehran.
The meeting was attended by the leader of Hamas, Khalil al-Haya, the head of Hamas' Shura Council, Muhammad Ismail Darwish, and the organization's senior official, Nizar Awadallah.
Khamenei told the delegation of officials: "The American threats have no effect on Iran and its officials. The Palestinian issue is a central issue for us, and so is the victory of Palestine. It is the duty of the entire Islamic world today, and all the supporters of the resistance, to help the residents of Gaza and alleviate their suffering. You defeated the United States and Israel, and you prevented them from achieving their goals."
Over the weekend, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei responded to US President Donald Trump's call for the signing of a new nuclear agreement, declaring today: "We have tried it in the past and we have seen that it has not solved the country's problems."
Iran's Supreme Leader also claimed that "negotiations with the United States are not wise, wise or respectable." However, he added against the backdrop of the first sanctions imposed by the Trump administration on Iran: "If they hurt us, we will definitely hurt them."
