A four-year-old girl was moderately injured Wednesday evening after falling from a height of approximately three meters (nearly 10 feet) on Makor Baruch Street in Haifa's Kiryat Vizhnitz neighborhood, a predominantly Haredi area.
Emergency medical teams from Ichud Hatzalah, a volunteer-based Israeli emergency medical service organization, responded to the scene following reports of the injured child. Medics provided initial treatment including bandaging and stabilization before transporting her for further care.
Yechiel Tschingel, a medic and ambulance driver with Ichud Hatzalah, described the response: "I was told at the scene that she fell from a height of about three meters and as a result sustained a head injury. Together with additional medics, I provided medical treatment that included bandaging and stabilization."
Following the on-site treatment, the girl was evacuated by Ichud Hatzalah ambulance to Bnei Zion Hospital in Haifa in moderate condition. No additional details were released regarding the exact circumstances that led to the fall.
