BREAKING: Israel Confirms Iran's Secutiy Chief Ali Larijani is Dead
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has officially confirmed the successful elimination of Ali Larijani, Iran's Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, in a high-stakes overnight airstrike on Tehran.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed on Tuesday that the IDF has successfully eliminated Ali Larijani, the Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council and a key figure in the country’s wartime leadership.
The announcement follows an intensive overnight operation in Tehran. While initial reports from the IDF Chief of Staff described successful strikes against high-value targets, Minister Katz later provided direct confirmation of Larijani’s death.
"The long arm of Israel has reached another architect of terror," Katz stated during a briefing with the political echelon. "The elimination of Ali Larijani is a decisive blow to the Iranian regime's command and control. We will continue to strike those who threaten our citizens, wherever they hide."
Larijani was widely considered the most senior functional leader remaining in Tehran following the start of the war on February 28. His death creates a massive power vacuum within the Islamic Republic, especially as the status of other senior figures, including Mojtaba Khamenei, remains unconfirmed.
The IDF reported that the strike utilized precision munitions against a secure command center. While Iranian state media has not yet officially acknowledged the loss, Israeli officials dismissed claims of Larijani’s safety as propaganda.
In an ironic twist, Iran just published a handwritten eulogy for Iranian navy sailors who were killed during Epic Fury, in an attempt to prove he is still alive.
