In a bold flex amid the thunderous barrages of Operation Epic Fury, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) declared victory in the making, asserting that the Iranian regime's claws are being clipped while American might surges unchecked. "The Iranian regime's ability to impact U.S. forces and regional partners is rapidly declining, while American combat power continues to build," CENTCOM posted on X, signaling a turning tide in the high-stakes showdown that's gripped the Middle East since late February.

The statement, dropped on March 5, comes hot on the heels of CENTCOM Commander Adm. Brad Cooper's March 3 update, where he touted the operation's "unprecedented success" just 100 hours in. With over 2,000 targets pulverized by more than 2,000 munitions, U.S. and Israeli forces have hammered Iran's ballistic missiles, drones, naval vessels, and command hubs, including 17 ships sunk and a submarine crippled in the Arabian Gulf.

This marks the largest U.S. military buildup in the region in a generation: 50,000 troops, 200 fighters, two aircraft carriers, and bombers raining precision hellfire.

Launched February 28 in tandem with Israel's Operation Roaring Lion, Epic Fury has decimated Tehran's terror infrastructure, from IRGC headquarters to missile sites, in response to Iranian-backed assaults on U.S. bases and allies.

Historic firsts include the U.S. Army's combat debut of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) and "Task Force Scorpion Strike" – a cheeky unit flinging reverse-engineered Iranian drones back at the mullahs.

Despite Iranian retaliatory barrages hitting Gulf states and causing civilian casualties, CENTCOM's message is clear: The ayatollahs are running out of steam.

For Israel, this U.S. powerhouse surge spells relief, as joint ops neutralize threats that have long menaced the Jewish state. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, briefing from CENTCOM, echoed the sentiment, vowing Iran "cannot outlast" America's resolve.

Videos from CENTCOM showcase the fury: airstrikes lighting up Iranian skies, naval assets vanishing beneath waves, and a relentless buildup that's got Tehran scrambling.

The White House, whose social media team look like they are enjoying themsleves tremendously, joined in:

As President Trump hints the campaign could stretch a month, global eyes watch: Will this dismantle the regime's grip, or spark wider chaos? For now, CENTCOM's swagger says America's got the upper hand and it's only getting stronger.
