A senior member of Iran's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee warned Monday that Tehran possesses advanced, undisclosed weapons capable of severely disrupting daily life in Israel — arms that have not yet been used or publicly revealed.

Ala al-Din Boroujerdi, speaking in remarks reported by Iran International, declined to specify what systems or technologies he was referring to, but stressed their destructive potential should a decision be made to deploy them.

Security analysts noted the statement appears to be part of a carefully timed psychological warfare campaign aimed at conveying a message of deterrence to Israel and Western nations — projecting an image of military capability that extends beyond Iran's well-known ballistic missile arsenal.

This is not the first time Iranian officials have employed such threatening rhetoric, which typically centers on disrupting what regime spokesmen routinely refer to as "Zionist life." The timing of Boroujerdi's remarks comes as Israel's security establishment is braced for any possible scenario from Iran and its regional proxies, and reflects Tehran's ongoing effort to present Jerusalem's political and military leadership with unconventional challenges.
