War is Inevitable

"Waiting for Trump’s Stupidity": Tehran Braces for All-Out Regional War

Hardline media in Tehran has declared that the Iranian military is no longer waiting for political orders and is prepared to ignite a regional war if the U.S. makes a "stupid" military move.

As diplomatic efforts continue in Muscat, the rhetoric emerging from Tehran suggests a regime that is digging in its heels rather than preparing for peace. State-aligned media outlets, specifically those close to the Supreme Leader, have adopted an exceptionally aggressive tone, dismissing the possibility of any compromise on uranium enrichment or ballistic missile development. The message being broadcast to the Iranian public and the international community is one of absolute defiance, with military commanders claiming that the "Axis of Resistance" is now on full alert. Far from seeking a way out, the regime’s mouthpieces are framing the negotiations as a test of wills, asserting that any American or Israeli military action will trigger an immediate and devastating regional war.

The Cult of Defiance

The influential Kayhan newspaper, which reflects the views of the regime’s inner circle, published a scathing editorial titled "Negotiations in the shadow of the threat of regional war." The article claims that Tehran’s threats have already sent the Trump administration into a state of panic, forcing Washington to move the talks to Oman at the request of terrified regional allies. "America should know that Iran stands firm and this war will be a regional war," the paper stated, adding that this warning acted as a "news bomb" that unsettled the hearts of Trump and his team. According to the editorial, Iran has no intention of stopping enrichment or removing its stockpiles of enriched material, viewing these assets as non-negotiable pillars of national strength.

Prepared for Total War

The regime is backing its words with physical displays of force. Recently, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) unveiled a new "missile city" and showcased the Khorramshahr-4 ballistic missile, the very weapon the U.S. is attempting to restrict. Iranian officials have emphasized that their armed forces are no longer waiting for the Supreme National Security Council to convene before acting. "They are just waiting for Trump's stupidity," the report noted, suggesting that operational commanders have already been given the green light to retaliate against U.S. and Israeli targets. By monitoring American warships with drones and maintaining a high state of readiness across proxies in Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen, Tehran is signaling that it believes its missile arsenal is the ultimate guarantee of its survival, even if it leads to a direct and costly war.
