Officers shot in Iran; regime blames the Mossad
Six police officers were killed in a shooting in southeastern Iran in what international intelligence agencies believe was an Islamic terrorist attack.

Iranian media outlets are reporting that six police officers from the internal security forces were killed in a shooting incident. The regime has already pointed an accusing finger at Israel and the Mossad.
According to both international and internal Iranian reports, six police officers from the internal security bodies were killed. Reports state that the six were caught in a shooting ambush on the Suran-Maran road in the southeast of the country when a group of armed men opened fire on a car in which the six were riding, before fleeing the scene.
Many international bodies have said the attack was the work of al-Qaeda-linked organizations operating freely in the Safar regions of Iran. According to intelligence agencies, this is likely the activity of a terrorist cell called Jaish al-Adl, which operates in the east of the country and is directly linked to al-Qaeda and ISIS.
