Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelenskyy posted a statement today (Tuesday) on X, where he announced that Ukraine had expanded its hold on the Kursk salient created by the Ukrainian Army inside Russian territory.
Zelenskyy said that the Ukrainian Army now controls some 72 towns and that the country's "exchange fund" is growing, a possible reference to planned land swaps with Russia in the event of peace negotiations.
