Trump Vows to Topple Iranian Regime in Dramatic Message | WATCH

Marking 100 days since Iran’s bloody January crackdown, Donald Trump released a high-stakes video message promising to "fight and win" for the Iranian people. As opposition groups claim death tolls as high as 42,000, Trump’s latest move signals a hardline shift away from negotiations and toward total regime change.

President Donald Trump has posted a video expressing strong support for the Iranian people, coinciding with the 100th day since the deadly crackdown on anti-regime protests in January 2026.

The video, which Trump shared on Truth Social, begins with footage of an Iranian protester writing on a wall: “President Trump, please help.” Over the images, Trump’s voice is heard saying:

“I am with you. I will fight for you, and I will win for you.”

The post quickly gained attention among Iranian opposition supporters and Trump allies. Conservative commentator Rod D. Martin shared the video on X, writing that it demonstrates Trump’s commitment to helping the Iranian people rather than negotiating any deal that would keep the current regime in power.

Martin noted: “Some of you didn’t believe me when I told you he meant it when he said ‘Help is on the way!’ back then… He’s telling you exactly what he’s about to do.”

The January 2026 protests saw widespread unrest against the Iranian government. Opposition sources and some exile groups claim the death toll reached tens of thousands, with figures cited as high as 42,000 killed during the crackdown (a number promoted by Trump and some opposition voices, though independent estimates from human rights groups range significantly lower, from several thousand to over 30,000 depending on the source). The Iranian government has acknowledged far fewer deaths and blamed “rioters” and foreign interference.

Trump had previously promised during the height of the protests in January that “help is on the way” and urged Iranians to continue demonstrating while warning regime officials they would “pay a big price.”

This latest video comes amid ongoing tensions between the U.S., Israel, and Iran following earlier military actions and a fragile ceasefire. It has been warmly received by many in the Iranian diaspora, with numerous comments expressing thanks to Trump and calls for regime change, often accompanied by support for Reza Pahlavi as a potential unifying opposition figure.

The situation in Iran remains highly sensitive, with the regime continuing to face internal pressure and international scrutiny.
