Trump Issues Final Warning to Hamas
With $5 billion on the table and an international army ready to move, Donald Trump isn't just offering a ceasefire, he's attempting to buy and build a new Middle East, one that leaves Hamas with no choice but to vanish or face the consequences.

In a detailed social media statement on Sunday, President Donald Trump outlined the next phase of his global "Board of Peace" initiative.
Trump revealed that Board of Peace member nations have committed over $5 billion for humanitarian aid and the rebuilding of the Gaza Strip. The formal announcement and allocation of these funds are scheduled for a summit which will take place in Washington on February 19, 2026. This summit will host the inaugural meeting of the Board's founding members. It is also expected to finalize the "Phase Two" transition from a fragile ceasefire to active reconstruction and governance by Palestinian technocrats.
The President announced that thousands of personnel have been pledged to an international force and local police units. This force, commanded by a U.S. general but not involving U.S. ground troops, is tasked with maintaining security and ensuring a "terror-free" environment for Gazan civilians.
Trump described the Board of Peace, established during a ceremony in Davos last month, as having "unlimited potential," with a mandate that extends beyond Gaza to address global conflicts. He characterized it as potentially "the most consequential international body in history."
Reiterating a core pillar of his October 2025 peace plan, Trump emphasized that Hamas's survival as a military entity is over. He stated the group is obligated to fulfill its commitment to complete disarmament "immediately and fully."
