"MIGA": Trump’s Bold New Slogan as He Vows to Make Iran Great Again
As the streets of Iran turn into a battlefield, a high-stakes verbal war has erupted between President Trump and Supreme Leader Khamenei’s top advisor over who is truly responsible for the mounting death toll.

The war of words between Washington and Tehran has reached a fever pitch as both sides trade accusations of murder and state sanctioned violence. Following a series of provocative statements from President Donald Trump supporting the massive anti government protests in Iran, the Iranian leadership has responded with its own list of accused killers. Ali Larijani, the Secretary General of Iran’s National Security Council and a senior advisor to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, issued a direct response on Tuesday to the American President’s social media activity. Larijani's message was blunt, stating that the regime considers Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to be the "primary murderers of the Iranian people."
This escalation follows a direct call to action from President Trump, who used his Truth Social platform to encourage the uprising that has gripped every province in the Islamic Republic. Addressing the citizens as "Iranian patriots," the President urged them to continue their marches and even to "take control of your institutions." Trump’s rhetoric has shifted from general support to specific instructions, telling the protesters to document the identities of those suppressing the movement. "Keep the names of the murderers and abusers," Trump wrote, warning that those responsible for the crackdown "will pay a heavy price."
The President has also implemented a total diplomatic freeze, announcing that he has canceled all scheduled meetings with Iranian officials. He stated that this boycott will remain in place until what he described as the "senseless killing of protesters" comes to a complete halt. This hardline stance is a significant departure from previous American policies, as Trump explicitly promised that "help is on the way." To hammer home his vision for a post revolutionary Iran, the President introduced a new acronym, "MIGA," which stands for "Make Iran Great Again." This is a clear play on his famous domestic campaign slogan and signals his administration’s goal of total regime change.
As the Iranian regime attempts to flip the narrative by blaming foreign intervention for the war in the streets, the tension continues to build toward a possible military confrontation. By naming Netanyahu alongside Trump, Larijani is attempting to link the domestic unrest to broader regional geopolitical tensions, a common tactic used by the Ayatollahs to delegitimize popular dissent. However, with the U.S. President openly calling for the seizure of government buildings and promising imminent assistance, the rhetorical battle has moved far beyond simple diplomacy. The world now waits to see if Trump’s "MIGA" promise will translate into the military action he has hinted at in recent days.
