The Houthis claimed four attacks on Saudi Arabia over the past 24 hours, naming two Aramco facilities in the east and King Fahd International Airport in Dammam as targets alongside King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.

In a separate claim, the Houthis said they hit Saudi forces near Ras al-Aar and al-Saqi.

The Associated Press reported on Friday that Air India, FlyDubai, Lufthansa Group and Pakistan International Airlines had halted flights to and from Riyadh and other Saudi airports for several days.

Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation said the first strike hit airport facilities and the second hit a Saudia aircraft.

On Saturday, October 9, a missile struck the airport's domestic terminal complex, affecting Terminals 3 and 4. The kingdom's civil aviation body reported at least 12 dead and 309 wounded. They said the dead included four Saudis and two Bangladeshis, along with citizens of the United States, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Sudan and one Palestinian.

Saudi coalition spokesman Turki al-Malki confirmed that a projectile hit Terminal 4 again on Sunday, October 10, and started a fire. The Saudi-led coalition has described the attacks as a war crime and threatened a decisive response.

The Houthis have threatened stronger retaliation if Saudi strikes in Yemen continue.
