Israeli forces under the Southern Command continue their operations against terror groups across the Gaza Strip as part of Operation Gideon’s Chariots, with support from IDF Intelligence and the Shin Bet.
In a key strike, Israeli fighter jets guided by Division 98 eliminated the rocket launcher responsible for a recent barrage fired toward Kissufim and maneuvering troops in the area.
Additional strikes targeted terrorists planning sniper and anti-tank operations, and over the past 48 hours, the Israeli Air Force hit dozens of sites, including military compounds, anti-tank positions, weapons storage facilities, and other terror infrastructure.
“The IDF will continue to act decisively to remove any threat to Israeli citizens,” the military said in a statement.
