Two nights ago: paratroopers surrounded the area and the counter-terrorism unit entered the house and arrested the terrorists

This is the second night that the IDF forces are operating inside Hebron, when two nights ago (Monday), the forces entered in order to arrest the terrorists who carried out the murderous attack. The IDF fighters arrived at the terrorists' home as paratroopers surrounded the area. The fighters announced to the two terrorists to surrender and they came out with raised hands admitting to the attack and handing over the location of the weapon.

Immediately after the attack, the IDF stated two main goals following the attack: pacifying the area and preventing further attacks and capturing the terrorists who carried out the attack. After capturing the terrorists, a reinforcement battalion still remained in the area designed to thwart terrorist attacks in the sector.
