SHOCKING EPSTEIN EMAIL: Exposes Bizarre Plan to Recruit "98% Jewish" Elites via DNA tests
From 23andMe kits to "race science" quotas: Inside the unsealed correspondence between PR mogul Masha Drokova and the disgraced financier.

As the final cache of the Jeffrey Epstein documents continues to send shockwaves through the global elite, one particular email has left the Jewish community, and the world, reeling. The message, sent from PR mogul and tech investor Masha Drokova to Epstein's notorious "jeevacation@gmail.com" alias, reveals a chillingly clinical plan to "source" smart people based strictly on their DNA percentages.
The "98% Threshold"
In the December 2017 email, Drokovaa , former pro-Kremlin youth leader turned Silicon Valley venture capitalist, outlines what she calls "criteria to find smart people." Her formula? A direct correlation between Jewish ancestry and cognitive ability.
"The more Jew you are the smarter you," Drokova writes to the convicted sex offender. "You said you're, 98% Jew. You're very smart. My ex boss is 78% Jew. He is super smart, less smart than you are."
The email goes even further, suggesting a "crazily smart" business partner who clocks in at 99.3%. Drokova then proposes a radical recruitment strategy: sourcing individuals through relatives and demanding 23andMe DNA tests to filter for a specific "98% Jewish" event.
A "Not Religious" Requirement
Perhaps most baffling to observers is Drokova’s insistence that the recruits must be secular. "Also all of them are not religious," she notes, framing the project as a pursuit of raw genetic potential rather than cultural or spiritual connection.
The exchange raises haunting questions about the nature of Epstein’s inner circle. Was the financier, already known for his obsession with eugenics and "seeding" the human race with his own DNA, attempting to build a private, genetically-vetted "brain trust"?
The Community Reacts
The revelation has sparked a firestorm on social media. While some critics point to the absurdity of measuring "smartness" via a 23andMe pie chart, others find the implications far more sinister.
"This is 'race science' rebranded for the tech age," says one commentator.
"To see Epstein, a man who weaponized his identity and connections, participating in a discussion about 'sourcing' people based on genetic purity is beyond disturbing."
Drokova, who has previously tried to distance herself from Epstein, has yet to issue a fresh statement regarding the unsealed correspondence.
