Deri says political opponents exploited wartime restraint to attack his movement

Aryeh Deri stated that during wartime, political opponents took advantage of his movement's restraint and responsibility to attack it and its leaders, even attempting to divide its spiritual leadership. "I've been involved in these political systems for decades, and I've never seen anything like this," Deri said. He added that experts told him they couldn't believe it was possible to survive such a campaign, calling it "truly a miracle" and thanking God.
