Hamas praises Hebron attack, calls it "natural and legitimate response"

Hamas issued a statement congratulating what it termed the "heroic operation in Hebron," describing it as a "natural and legitimate response" and a "living expression of the will of the steadfast Palestinian people." The group called on "all those among the Palestinian people who bear arms to turn them against the occupier, its soldiers, and settlers, and to ignite fire beneath their feet."
