Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that if missiles occasionally deviate from their course or go out of control, "that is something that naturally happens in any war." He added, "This is not our fault. It is the fault of having those bases on their territory," referring to countries that host military bases potentially targeted by Iranian missiles.
